In the hours before our parish marks the beginning of Advent, a workgroup gathered to prepare the liturgical setting for this: greening the worship space. Many thanks to them for their good ministry.

We are all invited to begin our preparations with focused intention, but not just in stringing our Christmas lights and setting up the nativity scenes. We are to make of this season a time of spiritual regeneration; entering into the mystery of the incarnation, the taking of flesh by the eternal word, so as to appreciate the profundity of the gift that is Christ.

We adorn the exterior of our church property.

Called to do the work both inside and out.

A fellowship of service in charity to keep us warm.
