(March 9, 2023) Winter snow & ice damage sighted – the snow guard has been pulled out of the roof (see top left of photo) taking some the metal shingles with it (see lower center). The metal rods are in danger of falling. So, the parking area immediately below has been “pyloned off” until the damaged snow guard can be removed. In the meantime, there are concerns as to the weather-tightness of the building owing to the shingle damage. We hope to affect repairs in the coming days.
