I have been a parishioner at St. Augustine Parish for 41 years, along with my husband, Sean. I have volunteered for over 25 years as a cantor, and for many years, with Sean, in the marriage preparation ministry. I volunteered at St. Bernadette school for 18 years; much of that work was helping with school masses, school Mass choirs, and liaising with the parish.
Sean and I raised 5 children in Dundas, and have since welcomed 2 daughters-in-law, and 4 grandsons. As a recent retiree, I am anxious to spend more time with family, but also to further serve the parish in this new role. I sincerely look forward to working with all of the wonderful volunteers of our parish, who have faithfully given of themselves during years past, and for years to come!
As a parishioner of 25 years at St. Augustine’s, an usher, and a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 6579, I look forward to assisting Karen in meeting the current Volunteers and welcoming new Volunteers to our various ministries.
I have been a member of the Dundas community for almost 30years since moving here with my spouse, Kelly, who is also my business partner. We are proud Greensville residents, and have raised our two beautiful daughters here while enjoying the conservation lands that surround our home.
I gained a love for photography during my teen years, having worked as an assistant to a commercial photographer while in high school. Yet, as other interests and demands on my time took over, I put photography on hold, and it would be more than twenty-five years until I became seriously involved again. Having purchased a new camera in 2010, I joined a local camera club, and my passion was reborn. I have continued this journey with vigor androse to the rank of Master Photographer in my 4thyear and lead the organization as its President for two terms in 2018/2019. Although my career away from photography keeps me busy, I shoot weddings, fitness and portrait images, events, landscape and architecture work. I am very approachable, so please say hello and introduce yourself to me when you have the opportunity.
